Congratulations to the Section One girls’ varsity ice hockey team, which moves on to the state championships Thursday in Canton, N.Y.! The team, which includes New Rochelle High School students Leila Janniello and Molly Collins, won 9-2 last Saturday in Lake Placid to advance to the finals. Collins had a goal and two assists, and Janniello had a goal and an assist. Section One had two girls teams this year, an east team and a west team. Good luck, ladies, and bring home that champ
