This award-winning illustration by New Rochelle High School student Sophia Baker is just one of many examples of creativity and artistry on display at the “Student Art Show 2022: Young Artists on the Rise,” presented by the Mamaroneck Arts Guild. Baker’s work, "Decolletage," was created from oils on canvas.
The exhibit, which opened Feb. 2, is viewable Tuesdays through Saturdays, until Feb. 12, from noon - 5 p.m. A reception is being held Saturday, Feb. 5 from 1 - 5 p.m. at the MAG Gallery, 1987 Palmer Ave., Larchmont.
Congratulations to Baker as well as students Rebecca Power, Amelia Krasinski, Kayla Godfrey, Bardin Hernandez, Sadie Taylor, and Evan He, who received awards for their exceptional creations.
