Dear Ward Families,
It is hard to believe that we are approaching spring break
and the final months of the school year! It seems as though
the weather has been in agreement with the season the past
few weeks as the tulips and daffodils begin pushing
their way up through the spring soil.
The PTA was busy this past month as they organized the
staff appreciation luncheon. The food was excellent and
enjoyed by all staff members. Thank you to the PTA for
all their hard work and efforts in coordinating this
and so many other events at our school.
During the month of March, Ward school recognized Women's
History Month. Daily trivia questions were asked over the
morning announcements. Classes also participated in
activities and projects highlighting the accomplishments
of women throughout history.
A well-deserved spring break is upon us beginning
Friday, April 6th. I hope you and your families enjoy
this time together and come back on April 16th
recharged for the remainder of the school year.
